NEW DELHI — The India Mobile Congress (IMC) opened Wednesday at the Yashobhoomi convention centre, running through Oct. 10 under the theme “Scale Without Boundaries.” The four‑day event, the 10th edition of IMC, is jointly organised by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Cellular Operators Association of India 【F1】.
